Meet Bonnie
Hello!
Hi, I am Bonnie Standley, the owner of Operation Organize.
For as long as I can remember, creating order has been a part of who I am. When I was a kid, I sorted my clothes by color, organized my hangers by category, and even played games where my sister rearranged my room and I had to spot every change. I just thought I was a little extra organized.
I had no idea it would one day become my passion!
Before starting this business, I spent almost thirty years in patient and customer care. I loved the people I worked with, and I naturally found myself improving the flow of every clinic I stepped into. I reorganized storage areas, rebuilt processes, and created systems that helped entire teams work better.
People began telling me, again and again, that I should organize for a living.
So I finally listened.
Why I love this work
Organizing is more than finding a place for things.
Many of my clients come to me during overwhelming seasons of life. Some are dealing with grief, medical challenges, or major transitions. Others are busy families who feel buried under daily life. No matter what brought them to that moment, they all share the same feeling. They do not know where to start.
I love helping them take that first step.
I sort, simplify, and create systems that make sense for how they actually live. I ask gentle questions, never force decisions, and always honor how personal this process can be.
By the time I finish a project, it is common for clients to tell me they feel lighter, clearer, and more in control than they have in years.
Those moments are why I do what I do.
MY APPROACH
I am relational by nature. I will probably learn your kids’ names, your pets’ personalities, and the little stories behind the things you have collected. I take time to understand what matters to you, and I build systems that support your life, not someone else’s idea of perfection.
You will always be met with kindness, understanding, and a clear process that makes overwhelming tasks feel possible.

Working together will feel simple, clear, and supportive from start to finish. Here is what you can expect when you book an organizing service with me.
You share a little about the space you want help with. Photos or videos are welcome but not required.

We schedule a walkthrough in your home or review your photos to understand your goals, needs, and priorities.
Walkthrough
You receive an estimate of how long the project will take, along with any suggestions for products or preparation.
A Clear Plan
You can be involved as much or as little as you prefer. I sort, simplify, and organize, checking in with you at natural decision points.
Organizing Day
Everything is arranged in a way that makes sense for your life. Labels and simple systems help you maintain the space with ease.
A New System
Payment is due at the end of the session. I can also take donations or small trash loads as space allows.

My goal is simple.
I want you to feel comfortable and at peace in your home. I want the spaces you use every day to feel clear and easy. And I want you to know that getting organized does not have to be stressful. You do not have to do it alone.
