Frequently Asked Questions

  • You are welcome to stay, but you do not have to. Many clients prefer to check in at the beginning and end.

  • Not at all. Please do not clean or tidy. I want to see your space exactly as it is, so I can create a system that truly works for you.

  • No. I start by using what you already have. If you want matching bins or fresh containers, I can help you choose items and shop while on the clock.

  • Every space is different. After your walkthrough or photo review, I give you an estimate of time based on size, goals, and how many decisions need to be made.

  • I can take donations and small trash or recycling loads as space allows. For larger dump runs, I provide trusted local resources.

  • I typically work Monday through Friday. If you need a special arrangement, feel free to ask.

  • Payment is due at the end of the project. I accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card.
